In the NESR GCC pilot, Salttech’s Dyvar® technology demonstrated that complex produced water can be converted into reusable freshwater while reducing waste volumes and enabling salt value creation. The pilot focused on produced water circularity for GOSP and unconventional frac applications, with pre-treatment aimed at H2S scavenging and hydrocarbon removal to support stable operation.

- Freshwater quality achieved: distillate below 100 ppm TDS, proving produced water to freshwater.
