Salttech congratulates NESR on the opening of the NESR Oilfield Research & Innovation Center NORI 

Dyvar® technology in NORI center

On February 27, 2023, our partner in O&G, NESR, opened the doors of its brand new NORI-center. Located in the heart of Saudi Arabia’s industrial, technological and academic hub in Dharan. The NORI Center will enable NESR to further drive research and innovation in the energy sector in the MENA region, while better aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

The center will conduct research on new innovative technologies. It also showcases technologies at scale. One such technology is our Dyvar® technology, the scale model, the Dyvar® 360 is the upscaled  version of the Dyvar®-30 installation applied successfully in one of Aramco’s oilfields to produce fresh water from high salty produced water and will become the cornerstone of larger desalination installations in the MENA region.
